We wanted to do something to celebrate the extraordinary amount of talent that has come out of the Montclair Music Scene and, at the same time, give back to the community that fostered these artists. So, we are incedibly excited to announce Clearmountain Festival: A Benefit for the NJ Arts Education Partnership (http://artsednj.org/)
Featuring 8 bands born out of the Montclair, NJ music scene:
A compilation CD of Montclair artists will also be released at the show, with artwork created by local artist Kit Langton and packaging designs created by the local artists at Pavonine Packaging. The compilation will feature unreleased tracks and demos from: Half Waif, Stolen Jars, S P O R T S, Forth Wanderers, Shakai Mondai, cranes are flying, WEREBEARS, and Gifts. All the proceeds from the compilation will also go to the NJ Arts Education Partnership.
